Guys,good news paytm otp problem is solved now .There is a way to acesss the account.many e-commerce sites like jabong,ebay etc. use paytm wallet for payment.So,by just loging throught your ebay account you will come throught the payment option,there you will have to select paytm.That's all you login with your paytm account ,and now open paytm.com in other tab,now you will see that your account is openes without any varification problem.And to open other account you have just again login in in ebay with another paytm account.
